How did I let myself gain 10 lbs??? I weighed ~163 lbs in August, now I weigh ~173. Not weighing in until Sunday, January 8th.

Started tracking again today. Plan to eat appropriately from today forward but, cravings and "I got a coupon for..." always get in the way. Speaking of which, I got a coupon for "chick-fil-a" that expires this Saturday. That is my weakness, food coupons. They always seem like a good deal until the weight creeps on because of them.

Recuperating from hip replacement surgery, so bored. I go back to work next Monday. That is a relief; I need to have things to do during the day or I eat/snack out of boredom.

Up today at 6:15am. Already had breakfast at 7:30am. Thinking about food again and it is only 8:30am. Need to find an alternative.

Well, talk to you later. Need to get busy doing SOMETHING!
