It was a great weekend - and the best part is I have tomorrow off to due to the MLK holiday!

Friday I met Mary Jean in Sioux Falls and we had a nice dinner at Applebees - AND we stayed within the WW plan! We spent the night (I loved the hotel!) and the next morning I weighed in at WW and bought the scale and measuring spoons. Then I treated myself to a Starbucks skinny cinamon dolce latte - it was heaven and definitely worth 3 WW pts. The off to the Dharma room - what an inspirational workshop! Like Mary Jean said, there was so much information! I loved the ideas on how to get off the diet roller coaster and eat for life! The meditation session was my favorite part of the workshop....I want to take some time to review the intentions I jotted down and really work on those and then review my progress each month.

Saturday night Charlie and I had crab legs and shrimp for supper and watched a video. It was a relaxing evening.

I got on my bike on the traine this afternoon - and it actually felt so good! I'm re-evaluating if feeling the need to push my heart rate with every workout is really that helpful. So today I rode at more of a moderate pace, with some intervals but more at a steady pace, and it felt so good - I ended up riding for an hour.
