Hi everyone! I am so excited that I found this site, I have been tellin all my friends. Today acutally is day 9 of the Fat Smash Diet, but I encouraged my friend to start today so I am going to do the "detox" phase for another 9 days. So far so good. I have lost 4 lbs and have been trying to get back in the gym at least 4 days a week. I just joined the 6 days a week workout so hopefully that will motivate me even more. My goal is to lose 50 lbs by the end of the year, 35 I would like off by June. I have gained a total of 13 lbs since October and it is really throwing my whole "sexy" off LOL.. Well hopefully with dedication and support from this website I can "bring my sexy back" Whooo hoo!!

Plus I have my 20 yr reunion in October!!! Yikes
