Walking for health.
Dog walking this morning.washed out the kitchen. Reading this afternoon. Given up on the Iphone health app as it's not picking up my steps correctly.
I'm really worried that I'm not keeping my Cholesterol high enough on this diet?

This from the American Heart Association: Your body, and especially your liver, makes all the cholesterol you need and circulates it through the blood. Unless you have a medical condition, I don't think you need to worry too much. Good luck with your walking for health.

Thanks Snoop Puss, It was a play on words!! I'm totally against all medical intervention to do with cholesterol. Most of my friends on Facebook are on statins, and having read how vital Cholesterol is for the health of the body, I will not allow any doctor to dictate to me.
