Ops! I keep forgetting to write in here. Took dog for walk then removed dining table and chair with the 2 seater sofa bed outside as tomorrow a new table and chairs will be coming and on Wednesday a new sofa. Old one's are wrapped ready for charities collection.Cleaned lounge and dining room. Now knackered. Steps only 3,860 = 1.8 miles.

Got up late and after breakfast took dog for long walk; from Harleston to Redenhall Church and back.Steps =8,618 = 3.7 miles across footpaths. Now BBQ a whole chicken.

Walking for Health
Well a beautiful hot sunny morning here in Harleston. Took dog for walk and then shopping in town, it was so warm that I had to take off my jumper on the way home. Steps 4,569 = 2.3 miles or there about?
