Walking for health Almost a warm morning walking steps so far 8,371 = 4.2 miles 6 floors climbed. Now steps 11,197 = 5.4 miles only 7 floors I did walk a lot more steps than this, but my Iphone app decided to omit them? So I think this will be the last time I bother to count steps, miles or flights of stairs.
