Wow it's a cold windy morning so took dog for a longer walk. Steps so far 9,533 = 4.7 miles and only 5 flights of stairs I've run up. Lazy me! Walking for health. Finished for today, steps 13,527 = 6.2 miles but only 13 flights of stairs.
