windy cold start to day. Walked dog around Barley field then went for a solo walk. Steps 4,184 =1.8 miles and ran up 6 flights of stairs. 15:46 hrs and steps now 9,635 =4.4 miles and run up 19 flights of stairs. That's it for today. Walking for Health. Steps 14,143 = 6.1 miles and ran up 36 flights of stairs. But as my ex wheat belly is only going down slowly I'm now including standing press ups 260 today.
