ok, so I decided to try atleast one new recipe each weekend to broaden my food horizons and well, let's face it, gain experience in the kitchen.

I started with something simple. Potato and Cauliflower soup. I found the recipe here and it is in my cookbook on my page. It was super simple. I did vary just a bit. I left the onion out and added a packet of ranch dressing mix. I am happy to say that my tummy is full of warm wonderful soup for only 2 pts a serving.

Oh and just so you know, my mom tasted it and said it was good too!
