Made it to the wedding, looked fabulous and got fat and happy again. I am sick with myself that I let go, but gonna start the new year with my good habits once again and see those pounds melt away again. Marriage is wonderful!!!!

I have been so stinkin busy with the end of the school year and moving into a new house and planning a wedding and everything else that comes my way that I have gotten into a rut with my diet.

Encourgement please!!! I need a boost!

I was sick of teetering on 161 so I said screw the diet for a week! and look what happened. I dropped that stinky little pound. Now it is back to the grind where I hope I will continue to see a downward motion. July is approaching fast!!!!
