Thursday, and it's drizzling as I take the dog for a walk. Now back and trying to warm up as my feet are frozen. Not bothering to count steps as it's a waste of time, so got rid of Pacer off the mobile. There is also iphone health but I can't get that crap off the mobile. Having a healthy lunch of bacon, egg and chips. Made scones with Dove self raising flour and chocolate cake with Doves rice flour.
