yip...it doesn't have to be exact though, I've noticed that a 5% difference in either category still produces good results, every ones bodies are different though so experiment abit

Shredding there are a group on facebook called ''banting 7 day meal plan" invite that group you will not beleive it when youre in that group.great results of weight loss weekly from just eating from the green list.
