Forget what happened. It will only make you feel bad and the whole point of this is to make you feel better. I found that for the first two to three weeks ry not to put yourself into a situation that you feel tempted. Only do that when you are stable on the diet and have got that feeling that that potato wont taste as good as thin feels. Pick your self and try again. We've all done it and know how you feel.
