I'm 27 years old, married, have two small kids. Weight has always been a problem even though I was very active and in shape when I was younger. Even at that time.... I dieted just to keep from gaining because of my tendency to gain while looking at food..(and yes...it is an actual diagnosis...just maybe not in any medical book...or lab, or clnic..but it is....b/c I say so...;P...) Started pilin it on after highschool...(no one to make me run sprints, lines, or practice for hours on end..;)..but i kept eating all the bad stuff. Gained alot of weight with first pregnancy....all purely my overdoing it....and have stayed about the same since with frequent up and downs.....SICK AND TIRED of it....it's time to get serious or else. I love the weight watchers plan....but I want to follow the atkins for a while to get the weight loss kicked off pretty quick to satisfy the impatience in me, then hopefully when I can excercise without problems I'll switch back to weight watchers. I want soo bad to get back to doing the hobbies I used to enjoy soo much and too be able to keep up with my kids. I havent felt like myself in a long time....its time to get back to me. I created an account earlier but I havent started the diet...will start may 13. There seems to be some awesome people on here and cant wait to join in.
