Another day another dollar. Carbs and calories were very low yesterday and other than feeling hungry I was fine. So today another low carb day but will try to eat more calories. Magnesium and Vit B again so hopefully no migraine?
Oh dear! Just eaten lunch bangers and mash and suffering from feeling full and sick, too much fat perhaps? No migraine
