I know I am just starting, but I have a really good feeling about this. I started counting points again. I started by buying low point snacks and meals. I have to remember some of my old recipies. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be the easiest thing. My difficulty will be with supper. I am on the go a lot with my son's activities after school so often I need to, or get lazy with eating out. I need to make better choices when eating out and try to find good easy recipes for home. (I am not the most helpful person in the kitchen)

I still think positive thinking is the best weapon I have in this battle. So fat, watch out here I come! or rather here YOU go! :)
