Still feeling rough? Tired and lethargic. Twisted my (R) knee this morning on dog walk, so cut short the walk. Took painkillers and slept in chair before getting lunch. After lunch did a quick walk to town, knee giving me a lot of pain. Steps so far, 4,700= 1.8 miles.No Migraine
