Saturday the 8th 10,374 steps and an evening migraine.
This morning feeling better, but quick tempered and grumpy. Which usually means another migraine is on it's way. Also having problems with spelling and understanding.
Still now under the 14 stone mark so this diet is working and the food is interesting even without sugar and wheat.
We are cooking our roast beef on the BBQ.
Sunday steps 9,602= 4 miles Still feeling off, but it's just the after effects of a migraine (the feeling of dying) and this happens every time I have one. 57 years x 144= roughly 8,208 migraines.
