Slow going. January 2011 weight was ~350. 96 lbs under that. Slow going. Upsides: there is a big pile of clothes going to the rag bin or Good Will. 3X shirts swallow me. I'm going to have to do (smaller) belt shopping.
Atkins works, but it is getting to be a dull diet. Another 55 lbs in less than 6 months? I hope.
