Went up a little today surprisingly. I was actually at 180.6 on Saturday morning. Very chaotic right now and I haven't been able to keep up with my monitoring as well as I'd like. :(
82.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
