Went way up the past couple days. Went out to dinner two nights in a row (with dessert) and had catered lunch yesterday. Also haven't run because I've got very swollen tonsils. A little depressing, but I think it's just a fluctuation for the day. I don't think I really backtracked much. Hopefully I'll be feeling better this afternoon and I can get back to my running today or tomorrow, and I should definitely be eating better the next couple of days.
84.2 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
