Had liver and onions, one small scoop of mashed pots and sliced tomatoes for lunch. Soooooooooo good! Not only was it good for me it kept me on my low carb eating plan. My main meal today will be a chef salad with grilled chicken, not processed meats, with Ranch on the side. Since I eat out every day, I find I need and must know what I'm ordering before I get to the eatery. Keeps me on track.
