I was a good girl today but I blue it at lunch had batterd fish but had broc. in stead of FF
I told you I would go to the gym and I did I walked treadmill for 20 min. then weight training for 1 1/2 hrs I mite not be able to get out of bed tomorrow but for now my back is not killing he yet Very Happy and I feel good going to try to go again tomorrow then go in a friends hot tub.
only had 350 calories today not good eating just forgot to eat I'll do better tomarrow I hope the scale is nice to me tomarrow it mite not be since I didn't eat much my body mite go into starvation mode
well off to bed talk tomarrow
have a good Way of eating day

Wow 1.5 hours of lifting!? Hmmm. Have u checked into "recovery" shakes for like bedtime? May help you to move in the morning!! Just a thought.
