A little saddened by the slowed down weight loss, but I'm not getting discouraged. Did my c25k w6d3 on Sunday, and I killed it! Was thrilled about that part :)
84.0 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
