Well, it is sure not easy to keep the momentum of exercising going. It takes quite an effort to get this big butt out of the couch. Interesting though, to find there a lot of guys in the park in the evening...It increases the motivation somehow ;)
Nevertheless, reality checked in at night when my 5 year old son says 'You don't look any thinner...'. Well that caught me dumbfounded for a while.
One thing for sure though, never..I mean NEVER eat even 1/2 an hour before exercising. It just pulls down the stamina.
