I added a new "exercise" a couple of weeks ago and hoped I would see a difference, but so far nothing. I started training for a 5K run in October. Three days a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) I walk a minute, run a minute for (at first 10 minutes) now 30 minutes. This past Saturday, I walked my first 5K race in 1 hour 11 minutes. By October, I hope to have that time way, way down. Wish me luck.
