I didn't gain weight on the cruise, woohoo! It was a big challenge and yesterday was absurdy tiring. We didn't get home until 1:00 and then we had to wake up at 3:45 AM to get Gaby's car and for me to go to the airport. Didn't get home until 10:00 last night.
On the cruise, I did w5d3 of c25k and w5d2 of 200 situps and w3d1 of 100 pushups. Today I'm going to catch up on those.
The diet is definitely working. When I ate too much on the cruise (I had one terrible fruity drink and stuffed myself at Johnnie Rocket's) I felt miserably full.
