Just started training and learning to run (at 71)...will run a marathon in October. The weight gain may be due to building more muscle with the walk/run for 15 minutes every other day. We'll see. Hope it eventually helps me to lose weight.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
