My weight was low today! I think it's probably a fluke, but maybe not! Doing to try and do my pushups w3d3 again today, but I might not be able to. My run yesterday went very well and do did my situps!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
