Finally into the 191's - one step closer to the 180s! My run yesterday (w3d2) wasn't quite as tiring, and I did the situps very well (w3d2). My arm is still sore so I'm a little nervous about the pushups today (w3d3). I might put them off a day as I'm a little bit ahead of schedule right now, but we'll see.
