Did my w3d2 of 100 pushups yesterday. Have to defer the running (w3d2) to today because of the rain (which will hopefully let up, it still hasn't stopped). Also going to do my w3d2 of 200 situps.

Followed diet very well, and the pushups were agonizing, but I'm very proud of myself since I did 100 total pushups yesterday! Never thought a few weeks ago I would have been able to do that.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
