Debobonn's Journal, 17 May 16

So I didn't start doing the food plan until about a week ago. And I had weighed in on teh 6th at the doctors. So I think I must have gained weight after the weigh in on the 6th before I actually started the plan, which was on May 7. Or maybe the doctors scales are calibrated differently. the scales I weighed in on on the 6th adn the 17th were different. At any rate, I feel really good as far as not being sluggish or having brain fog. I am still a little spacey but just as far as remembering things, like I went to the wrong court today. Or I will be going to do something and forget what it is.
But the things that have really been driving me nuts, like not being able to process or problems solve issues that arise in my cases, or figuring out what facts are necessary adn what legal claim to file in certain situations has susided and I feel like my mind is processing and prioritizing and anlalyzing situations again. Not as quickly as before I started having the brain fog, but way better and at least to a productive level, which I haven't really exeprienced for more than one day at a time for the last year. I was productive on Friday, Monday Tuesday and today. That's the longest run I have had of being able to process more than one issue a day or deal with more than one or two cases on the same day. Whew! I know it sounds odd, but I just never realized until this last week that really debilitating effects of sugar and carbohydrates on my mental state and ability to be productive at work.
