As expected, I went up in weight from yesterday as I wasn't dehydrated this morning. Still very excited about the overall progress though.

Not sure why my weight for yesterday didn't get recorded. Finished w1d3 of 200 situps yesterday. I hope I can actually finish the situps and pushups in the end. It's going to be tough.

Today planning on doing w2d2 of c25k and w2d1 of 100 pushups. It's raining this morning so I might have to fight the weather today.
88.2 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
