Diets can be very expensive, and you are right..you are worth it, your health is worth it, but it isn't easy to find the money long term, sometimes it's just not sustainable.This time I am trying something different. Just buying fresh fruit and vegetables, and using Weight Watcher's frozen meals for dinner which works out at only $15 a week for the weight watchers and whatever the fruit and vegies cost.
