Staying on the diet, and have setup my standing desk at work. Completed w1d1 of 200 situps.

Today, I plan on standing for at least half the day and completing w1d3 of c25k and w1d2 of 100 pushups!

Still optimistic but nervous after hearing about Extinction Bursts, and now I'm a little scared. I can do this though, but I think my biggest challenge will be to not lose motivation through this.
89.0 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
