Slightly higher than recorded yesterday due to not putting in exact weight.

Will be performing 200 situps test/w1d1 and setup standing desk in office.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
