As I said earlier, I took two weeks off while in chicago and after my return, but I am now back on plan. My target is to be at my goal weight by the end of the month and sionce I am only 3 lbs away that shouldn't be too difficult, regardless if I get there earlier I will still stay on plan for the rest of the month. I have a Halloween Party to go to at local mansion that I have been looking forward too all year.
