So working off Rckc and Becca's entries from yesterday I decided my cut off time is 5pm, which is when I get off work. I went home, crashed, woke up and drank 6 glasses of water while I cooked for today's meal.
That being said, it was super easy to fast while you're sleeping and/or busy at home! :D So this AM I wasn't starving. I had my milk around 8-9a and I'm doing OK. Now once I get used to this I can push it a little further but for now, I'm pleased. Thank you guys! :D
I also took to heart the entry that said "remember, we can last 3 days without water, 3 weeks without food." and I'm sorry I forgot your name but that helped me last night as I was trying to sleep while hungry. I didn't want to drink more water because I didn't want to get up to pee so it was a little difficult but worth it! :D
