Fasting needs more tweaking. I'm not eating enough cals between 7-5pm... I'm not sure where to tweak though... if I push it to 6, then I can't eat until 9? I can't usually hang out that long... Anyway, whatever it is I'm doing, maybe just reduced calories alone is working. Though the scale is telling me I'm the same weight or (it fluctuated this weekend) even higher, my clothes are falling off so the scale is wrong. I have to wear belts now. I see my stomach is a "flatter" tub. I'm losing something but not weight and that's fine. I think I have to get used to eating around 1200 cals for the size I want to eventually be, 105lb. I did a BMR for that weight and my age and that's what it came out to so slowly I'll be going down to that. Right now though 1000 or 1100 I think will kick me into save everything mode, so I don't want to do that. I want my body to know that yes, I'm still eating and no, you won't starve and die. If only communicating was that easy! Phew! At least exercise is getting "easier" to keep going. :)

OK my fasting yesterday went fine, today, not so fine... I slept more than 12 hours yesterday, that helps!!! Today I'm awake and as you can see, I didn't get close to my 1800 cal or even 1200... this fast is brutal... I gotta keep tweaking! I think 1000 cals is much too low...

Well this weekend was a mess. I didn't exercise and my fast didn't hold because I messed up. I waited too long and couldn't stuff myself in three hours enough for the next fast. So my fast got pushed and then it didn't. But today is a new day. I am keeping track of food again. This weekend I guess I'll count it as a cheat weekend because chocolate chip cookie dough and magic shell... yikes... Wouldn't be shocked if I gained back the 2 lbs I lost. I don't even want to look. But today I did my work out, going to try to do more later too. I gotta get back on track!

Yesterday was a busy day, so I didn't get to eat much by the time 5pm rolled around. I had to make a choice. Fast since 230p which would be nuts because I'd starve all night but maybe... or eat now (at 730P) and fast til 930am which is hard at my desk job. Well, I ate, not much, but I ate. I woke up starving at 7am but fought it off...by 830 I thought I would see stars but I drank ice water and listened to something soothing. Hunger passed... I'm now eating breakfast, an apple at 1115 AM! Wheeee! :D Yeah OK, I coulda pushed it to 1130 but I have to work out at 1230P so I should be done eating by 1130. Anyway, I'm pleased with myself. Fasting is getting easier. :)
Edit: well that didn't go well... I had ONE apple before my work out...luckily it was a big apple but still! I ate after that but yeah that was a tough work out!
