Well, I'm back. I have been eating mostly whatever I want, with some restraint, so I have leveled off again in the 190-195 range. I need to get down to the 165-175 range. I will keep my goal as 165, but if I could get below 180 I'd be pretty excited.

Ha, yeah I kept my goal at 150 but hovering (and STAYING) anywhere between 155 and 160 is actually perfectly ok with me for now. Then my wii won't tell me that I am fat haha. But I decided I shouldn't "up" my goal. Seemed a little like striving for mediocracy or something.
