So I adapted the minute muffin recipe to be a chocolate muffin. I added 1 T unsweetened cocoa, and a shot of SF cocoa syrup. My goodness!!!!! YUMMY.... so fits the craving and is so healthy. Oh I always use 3T almond flour and 1T muscle milk protein instead of flaxseed.
