I am so bad. I joined weight watchers but I couldn't get the points below 29. So I cancelled it. Now, I really want to lose the weight, but I don't know how. I love to eat. I am tall, so I have been told that I don't look fat. But my stomach is too big for a skinny person. Alos, my lab reports for my thyroid is showing strange numbers, I hope that is why my stomach got bigger all of a sudden. Well, I don't want to diet, but I don't want to go over 200 or stay near it. I have no choice at this point. I have to get it off.
