Here I am again. I joined in 2011 with about 35 pounds to lose. Well, I still need to lose that 35 pounds. I love to eat especially quick foods like sandwiches and cookies, actually any sugary foods. I start out pretty good with watching what I eat then I just give it up and eat what I want. I don't eat fast foods very often, but I like to eat at restaurants and even then I watch what I eat or I might be the size of a blimp. However, I want to be skinny again like when I was about 39y/o. I'm going to look at this new start as every day is the first day so I can focus on eating and not losing. Maybe I will stay focused with that scenario.
