one of my childhood friends is on the Biggest Loser this season. Go Team John!!! I am buying a colored shirt- when I find out what color he is, and join Team John. I hope to reach my goal by the finale. I'd like to see under 150 on the scale, but more than that I want to feel and look healthy. I am going to gain my life back with him, week by week. :)
