So I had dinner super late last night but didn't wake up starving as usual, which is odd, but anyway, today I'm just "not into it" and my guess is, I'm still full from last night. That's fine. Not pushing it, I'll eat if I get hungry. I don't want to over stuff myself. But this is good, getting used to less calories is always a good thing. :)

Hubs asked if I wanted taco bell and I said NO. I'm feeling proud! :D Fast food is a choice now, not a must, not really an option that I feel deprived of, it's a complete choice and I said NO and was OK with that. It's taken a long time to get here! I feel good today!

OK so I'm sore from the work out last night too and this AM/Lunch but otherwise great! :D
