Another successful week.Had one cheat meal last mon night (pizza,desert and wine).Back on the wagon the rest of the week sticking to my daily intake of 1600 kcal.Doing it all with science this time,my tde(total daily intake) is 2000,so ive put myself in a 20 % deficit.Exercise has been good too,the only thing ive struggled with is cravings for sugar and junk...but i guess normal and will pass....cheat night tonight whoop...hehe
