Ive always enjoyed exercise but my downfall is my diet.I have the biggest sweetooth known to man lol.I binge on cakes and crap and you could say im a secret eater.At my biggest i weighed nearly 13 stone so decided enough was enough...last year i lost 2 and half stone and felt great.Once i got to my target weight i started eating crap again and have put a stone back on.
Its time to shed it once and for all.....
