I finished week two of my 8-week challenge. I did not lose as much weight as I wanted to. However, I feel more energetic during week two and have noticed fewer cravings. Drinking more water is no longer difficult for me.
129.3 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
