It hasn't been easy. I had a tough week with my unhealthy habits and a lot of cravings, but I remained focused on my goal.

The hard work has paid off, but I still have another 7 weeks to go in my challenge.
130.7 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 30.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
