Made a protein smoothie this morning; it has a cup of lactose free milk; triple zero oikos strawberry yogurt and 2 scoops of vegan plant based protein powder. 300 calories and 38.09 grams of protein to start the day. On the back side of the week of antibiotics for the double infection. Very pleased about this and happy Yahweh ie God is on my side.
